Don’t think of beer popsicles as a means of defiling beer -- think of these frozen, boozy treats as a way to improve the popsicle. With an endless number of potential flavor combinations, they're so delicious that they have the ability to convince beer-averse folks to give craft brews a try. Just make sure to keep these delightful treats out of the reach of anyone under the age of 21 (and not just because you don’t want to share).

So break out your blender, a couple beers, a popsicle mold, and some fruit, and we can get started. Below are five super-easy recipes for delectable summery popsicle flavors, like strawberry jalapeño IPA, orange mango hefeweizen, and cherry lime gose.

TIP: Freezing alcohol is easiest when the ABV is lowest. Beers with 3-10% ABV (i.e. most beers) will freeze at 28°F after a few hours.

All recipes yield 6-8 popsicles.
